Metal Sheet & Tube Laser Cutting

Equipped with a broad range of advanced fabrication tools, we comply with even the most exacting customer specifications. With advanced 5-axis fiber laser cutting machine LRT-60G-5Z and JTLC6025-6000C, we can manufacture components for use in the medical industry, where precision is critical and surface contamination must be minimized or eliminated.

Metal Forming & Tube Bending

Sungrow offers CNC metal sheet bending and tube bending. We are able to bend sheet metal and tube to tight tolerances while offering competitive pricing on short runs of parts. Usually, special finishes are required on brake metal components, we operate the most up to date multi axis press brakes and tube benders to meet our customers' needs from design to installation.

Robotic Welding Capabilities

In addition to metal cutting and bending, Sungrow also provides a full spectrum of automatic robotic welding techniques for the high-quality joining of fabricated parts. Used to ensure precise weld positioning and repeatable accuracy for any length weld path, our robotic weld cells are capable of performing several weld types, including:

Electric Resistance Welding (ERW)
Resistance Spot Welding (RSW)
