We specialize in several automatic and manual welding techniques that further complement our metal stamping and fabrication services. For the past 20 years, we have offered centralized, in-house welding for all our products, providing our clients with a full range of fabrication and assembly services.

 

Welding Service

Equipped with 4 advanced robotic weld cells capable of welding multiple joints automatically and simultaneously, Sungrow reduces cycle times and ultimately handles significantly higher production demands than our competitors.

Our robotic welding equipment, which is CNC-programmed by our engineers who are trained and certified to operate robotic welding equipment, specializes in metal inert gas (MIG), tungsten inert gas (TIG), spot, and resistance welding on a variety of metals and alloys including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, etc.

This highly automated form of welding allows us to perform highly precise welds with repeatable accuracy for numerous sensitive parts and components. Meticulous programming from our engineering team combined with oversight from our dedicated welding professionals reduces or eliminates the possibility of errors typically associated with manual welding methods.

Assembly Services

The Sungrow team can supply customers with value-added assembly services. This includes sub-assemblies or complete multi-part assemblies. We provide welding and assembly services on large structures, as well as small, intricate fabricated parts. We specialize in turnkey solutions from assembly through testing, inspections, packaging and delivery.
